La Costaiola

The La Costaiola label reflects the company's philosophy of balancing technology, tradition, and respect for the environment, thanks to the choice of organic farming and the use of typical local varieties. The company's vineyards primarily grow Pinot Noir, Croatina, Barbera, and Riesling using eco-sustainable practices. The range includes:

  • Young Classic Method wines (Nové) : Pinot Noir sparkling wine, white and rosé versions, young and expressive, with fine perlage and aged for a minimum of 9 months on the lees.

  • Physikòs bottle-fermented wines : lively whites (Pinot Noir and Riesling) and reds (Croatina and Barbera), obtained with minimal technical intervention, according to local tradition.

  • Bonarda and Croatina : lively red wines with full-bodied character and fruity notes, very versatile when paired with traditional cuisine and typical Oltrepò products.

  • Pinot Noir DOC and Riesling : still, elegant and complex wines that enhance the essence of the varieties and the quality of the company's grapes.

Organic farming is a fundamental and lifelong choice for La Costaiola, in the belief that the best wine comes from respect for the land and tradition.
