Physikós Rosso, Organic Bottle-Refermented - Sparkling Red Province of Pavia IGT

Physikós Rosso is a lively and authentic wine, bringing the most ancient winemaking traditions to the glass, made from Croatina and Barbera grapes grown organically in the Montebello della Battaglia vineyards. It stands out for its intense ruby red color with purple highlights and a generous, lively mousse. The nose is intense and expansive, with enveloping notes of ripe red fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, savory, and smooth, supported by mature and harmonious tannins. Natural secondary fermentation in the bottle, without disgorgement, lends character and authenticity, accompanied by the presence of a natural sediment that testifies to its artisanal craftsmanship. Ideal throughout a meal, it pairs perfectly with cured meats, traditional first courses like ravioli, and white and red meats.
