Brut Rosè, Pinot Noir Classic Method Brut Rosè Rossetti & Scrivani

Made from organically grown Pinot Noir grapes in the Montebello della Battaglia (PV) vineyards, R&S Brut Rosé is a classic method sparkling wine that exudes freshness and vivacity. It stands out for its pale pink color with luminous highlights, ample and persistent foam, and fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it is moderately evolved and of good intensity, with elegant notes of red berries and bread crust. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and full-bodied, with a harmonious finish. After aging on the lees for at least 30 months, it is an ideal aperitif, perfect with fish dishes, shellfish, and seafood risotto, but also with grilled and fried seafood and white meats. Excellent throughout the meal, for those who appreciate a balance between elegance and versatility.
