Emblema, Pinot Noir Classic Method Brut Nature

Made from organically grown Pinot Noir grapes in Montebello della Battaglia (PV), Emblema is a classic method sparkling wine with an intense straw yellow color, a creamy, persistent foam, and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it expresses a refined complexity, with hints of white flowers, candied fruit, and dried fruit. After aging on the lees for over 48 months, it is extremely dry, fresh, savory, and balanced. Perfect as an elegant aperitif, it pairs well with fish, shellfish, and seafood risotto, and is an excellent sparkling wine to accompany any meal, even with meat-based main courses.
